Strategy

We want you to get the best results from your project.  We use this stage to understand where you fit into the larger picture of your industry.  Creating a strategy involves three stages: discovery, evaluation, and planning.

Discovery

If we don’t know who you are we can’t do much for you or your customers. That’s why we start every project with the Discovery stage. We discover who you are by asking you about your company, organization, industry, and competitors. We apply your knowledge to our skills. Then we figure out how you fit into the bigger picture that is your overall industry, and how we can make you stand out.

Evaluation

Where are you? Where do you want to go? Where we can take you? We evaluate your goals and your current capacity to meet these goals. We also evaluate the technology you are using, your current approach, and your audience. We examine your web presence, and determine what works and what can be improved or rebuilt.

Planning

With all of our new found knowledge in hand we work together to set a solid set of goals and a realistic time line. Expectations are spelled out for both the client and outpost and we put together a working plan with measurable milestones that will tell us where we are going to go in the coming weeks. This is where the excitement starts to build.


Design

Design is more than just Photoshopping logos and layouts. Using the information gleaned from the strategy stage we design your campaign. The rich information we have now becomes the basis for our campaign development and each solution we present will be designed to answer your needs. First we design messages, then solutions, and then an execution plan.

Messaging

We design messages before anything else. We want your message to have clarity, and represent your ideas and have a plan for meeting your needs before we get the project rolling.  The message design stage is one of the most important parts of any project because this is where we decide what you want to say to your audience.

Solutions

With our messages in place we start to put together solutions. A solution may be a logo update, a new website, or a complete retooling of your companies visual identity and messaging system. We work together to decide what pieces work best for your business and your customers and how we might use these solutions to meet your needs and convey your message.

Execution

Solutions are decided, the plan is finalized, and we get to work. This is the part where we sit quietly in our offices designing and re-designing, coding and refining. During this stage we come to see tangible results in the form of deliverable materials. But we are not quite finished yet.


Engagement

From the get go you called us to figure out how to engage your audience. At the third stage of our process we deliver everything we have done up until now to you and then to the people you are trying to reach. All of our careful work up until now is expertly executed in three stages: testing, implementation, and evaluation of results.

Testing

With materials in hand we test internally with you and your staff and perhaps some select clients or stakeholders. This is our opportunity to refine any of the messages or solutions we have created and make them the best they can be. True feedback from people who know or use your business or services is the best way to find out if we are on the right path.

Implementation

We designed, we created messages, we developed solutions and tested them, now it’s showtime. At this stage we go live with your new materials or campaign and introduce it to the world. Good thing we tested because at this point we can be sure we put forth our best work and have the best set of tools to reach your audience.

Results

Through user engagement, online anaytics, and sentiment monitoring on social networks we monitor the work we have done. If there are any areas that can be refined we can discuss them at this point.
